The construction success Oasis Beach is very modern in style and development, and is located in a very popular area with walking distance to several different "blue flag" beaches, the new shopping center Zenia Boulevard directly across the street, as well as a short distance to a multitude of restaurants, shops, bars, banks, bus station, bicycle rental, taxi etc.

Only 8-15 minutes to 4 golf courses (Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Las Colinas). Great walking and cycling areas in the immediate vicinity.

8 km to Torrevieja, 2 km to emergency room and 5 km to hospital. Alicante Airport approx. 45 min. and San Javier Airport approx. 20 min.

We can arrange collection and delivery at the airport if desired.

PRICE INFORMATION:

1 June to 30 August: Price per week: 1000 euros.

Price per day beyond a weekly basis: 145 euros.

1 September to 31 May: Price per week: 600 euros.

Price per day beyond the weekly basis: 85 euros.

Long-term rental in the winter, from 1 November to 1 March, can be done by agreement.

Deposit 250 euros, 500 euros for long-term rentals, returned at check-out if everything is in order.
