Description

Great apartment on the first floor with high quality and standard!

Living room, open plan kitchen with ceramic top, oven, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, as well as various kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, waffle iron, blender, hairdryer and iron. Plenty of glasses, crockery and other equipment.

Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with 1 single bed (80cm) and a double bed (140cm)

Wardrobes in both bedrooms, as well as a small safe for guests in the smallest bedroom. In total, there are beds for 4-5 people

PRICE INFORMATION:

1 June to 30 August: Price per week: 850 euros.

Price per day beyond a weekly basis: 120 euros.

1 September to 31 May: Price per week: 500 euros.

Price per day beyond a weekly basis: 70 euros.

Long-term rental in the winter, from 1 November to 1 March, can be done by agreement.

Price per month: 950 euros.

Electricity and water are added (you pay for consumption).

Deposit 250 euros, 500 euros for long-term rentals, returned at check-out if everything is in order.

110 euros for laundry (including washing towels and bed linen) is added to the rental price.
